Eras boots

I purchased a pair of cowgirl boots per picture listed on the website and the first pair that came was extremely small and not the same style as listed on the website. I emailed asking to please exchange them with zero response. A couple weeks went by so I thought I would gift these to my niece and just order another pair. My second order came and again, a completely wrong pair of boots. I emailed again asking to please refund or send me the correct boots and I have still not received a response weeks later.
