Pink Cactus bell bottoms

i’ve ordered from this company 3 times now. i love love love the clothes however the customer service is impossible to get in touch with.
i purchased this last order for a specific event for my kids and selected the highest priced shipping method thinking it would get to me in under 10 days surely. after 6 days and no shipping updates i tried repeatedly to contact the shop via email with no response. this same incident happened the first time i ordered from them over a year ago. 3 or 4 emails wondering what the status was on my order, no response. my order finally came 6 days after the event. almost 3 weeks after purchase. so, if you need that in time for something give your self a good while before expecting your purchase. we love the clothes as mentioned though!
